Due to the recent increase in COVID-19 (Coronavirus) cases, the Sardis Water Association will be closed for the next 2-3 weeks to protect the health and well-being of our staff and customers. The drive thru will be open 24/7 for you to drop off payments or other correspondence in the night deposit drop box. Our office staff will be working from home during our normal office hours, M-F, 7:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M., so you may call 501-602-5393 and one of our office staff will answer the phone and help you with your needs. You can call this same number 24/7 for after-hours emergencies. We have staff who are available to keep the supply of water available at your residence and who are available for emergency operations if necessary.
If you need to set up for new service, you can go to our website, at www.sardiswater.net, for instructions or you may take one of the Customer Agreements in the black box beside our drive thru window. Complete it and put it in the drop box at the drive thru and someone will call you.
