If water service has previously been established:
The Customer Agreement can be submitted online or faxed to 501-602-2674
The following is required before any fees can be taken:
- Drivers License
- Lease(if renting) purchased (buyers agreement)
Once all documents are received we will call you to obtain the set up fees.
FEES:
- Deposit - $100.00
- Service Charge - $25.00
Services will be made available the next business day once the set up fees have been obtained.
If there has not been water established at the service address:
All required paperwork can be submitted at 23820 N Sardis Road, Mabelvale, AR 72103 or faxed to 501-602-2674
The following is required before fees can be obtained:
- Drivers License
- Perk Test or Approval Letter - Saline County Health Department 501-303-5650
- Legal Description (survey)
- Purchased (buyers agreement)
- 911 Address - Emergency Services 501-303-1586
FEES:
- Connection - $750.00 (could take up to 10 days for meter box to be installed)
- Capitol Improvement - $325.00
- Deposit - $100.00
- Service Charge $25.00
PLUMBING INSPECTION FEES:
- Mobile Home or Existing Home - $75.00
- Each Additional Trip - $50.00
- Roughin (Crawl Space) - $155.00
- Slab - $195.00
Installation of water meter is based upon the approval of the meter inspections.
